Eat, Shop, Tour readers may have noticed that there hasn’t been anything new posted on this site for quite some time. Over two years ago, I “took a break” from posting because I was entangled in some family drama that required my full attention and more time and energy than I even thought I had. It turns out we humans are capable of so much more than we think. Limitations are often mostly in our minds. THEN, about 10 months into the family situation, the COVID pandemic grounded most travel, especially international travel, which was and is my passion. Yes, I could have pivoted like so many other travel bloggers did and talked about what still was possible, but I was so… in denial? Angry? I had the feeling that if I just held my breath long enough, it would all be over soon and I could get back on the road. Now here it is, two years (!) later, and I find myself wanting to get back to connecting with others through blogging, some form of travelling and, a new endeavor still in its infancy, travel coaching! Over the next weeks and months, watch for more on that as well as what I’ve been up to these last couple of years (Hint: It involves an almost unbearable level of cuteness and a lot of laundry. Sooooo much laundry.) Stay tuned!
